* Monday: Assembly in the morning

* Wednesday:  School wide Christmas fundraiser​:  Wear a Santa hat, elf hat or reindeer antler for $1.

* Spare of clothes:  Please make sure your child has an extra pair of clothes at school.  The students can put their spare clothes in their own cubby for the school year. 

* Christmas dinner ticket for your child:  Tickets should be purchased ahead of time ( by December 12).  If you want to purchase one, please do so online, or send in $ with your child.  Please check on the Home Page for more information.  Tickets should be purchased by December 12th.

* Items for Christmas basket ( Home and School fundraiser) should be sent in tomorrow, if you wish to contribute.  Thank you.

* For the next weeks until Christmas break: 

- Writing :  I will be writing a little Christmas book with the students ( shared writing activity).  All students will share ideas in the writing of this little book. 

- Reading:  I plan on doing reading assessments.  Please keep up with daily reading at home. 

- High frequency words/word wall:  We will take the next three weeks to revise and I will do whole class mini lessons with our word wall words

- Daily practice of our Christmas song for the concert

- Math: We will focus on mental math strategies ( double +1, -1, +2, -2)
